Become a Behavior Technician (RBT/BT) Supporting Children in Queens

Jamaica, Queens | Clinic & Home-Based Services

Let’s be real: not every BT/RBT job feels meaningful.

Some places hand you a session plan and expect you to “just run it.”
At New Life Behavior Solutions (NLBS), you’re not just implementing therapy—you’re part of the reason a child learns to communicate, connect, and succeed in everyday life.

This is the kind of work where the wins are real:
A first word.
A successful transition without a tantrum.
A child playing alongside peers for the first time.

And you get to be part of that—every single day.

This is an Opportunity to:

Build meaningful relationships with children and families
Learn hands-on ABA skills that translate into long-term career growth
Be part of a supportive, team-driven environment
Make a real impact—daily, not someday
