Become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst Supporting Families in Queens

Jamaica, Queens | Clinic & Home-Based Services

Let’s be real: not all ABA companies are built the same.

Some places give you a caseload and expect you to figure it out. At New Life Behavior Solutions (NLBS), you get something different: a purpose-driven career rooted in community, clinical excellence, and real impact.

This is the kind of place where you don’t just say you’re a BCBA—you talk about the child who used their voice for the first time… the parent who finally feels heard… the family that no longer feels alone.

Because here, the work is personal—and it shows.

We’re the kind of company where:

You practice ethical, individualized ABA — not cookie-cutter care.

We don’t believe in blanket hour recommendations. Every treatment plan is built from a comprehensive lens: diagnostic profile, adaptive functioning, communication, family priorities, and quality of life.

You serve a community that needs you.

NLBS is rooted in Jamaica, Queens—an underserved area where families have historically faced long waitlists and limited access. The work you do here directly closes that gap.

Your voice matters clinically and culturally.

We prioritize culturally responsive care. That means understanding the families we serve, respecting their values, and designing interventions that actually fit their lives.

You’re backed by leadership that gets it.

Our leadership isn’t removed from the work—we’ve been in the homes, in the schools, in the sessions. We build systems that support clinicians, not burn them out.

Growth is real—not a buzzword.

As NLBS expands, BCBAs have a clear path into leadership, program development, and clinical specialization.

Who Will Love This Job

An RBT builder:
You don’t just supervise—you develop people. You take pride in shaping confident, skilled technicians.

A data-driven decision maker:

A clinical problem-solver:
Challenging behavior doesn’t intimidate you—it motivates you. You think function-first and act strategically.

A family-centered clinician:
You translate ABA into real life. Parents don’t just hear you—they understand you and feel supported by you.

A culturally responsive practitioner:
You recognize that effective therapy must align with a family’s background, language, and lived experience.
